A winter wonderland themed ball raising money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity
The Dressy Messy Christmas Ball raises money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The event was created by Ambience Events director Danielle Cleobury and due to great success, has turned into an annual event.
Taking place within Chak89’s ballroom, the 2015 ball’s theme was Winter Wonderland. The ballroom was turned into a twinkling wonderland with soft pink and blue lighting, snowflake projector lights, a white LED starlit dance floor and hundreds of fairy lights! Snow flocked alpine trees lined the walls and stage, white winter trees added an enchanting element as table centres and large white lanterns with real candles added a warmth to the room.
Guests found their seats from a snow flocked table plan and let their hair down in the full length photo booth with festive props. A three course traditional Christmas dinner was served and the night ended on a high with a performance from The London Function Band.
The event raised just over £1200 for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and was awarded for being in the top 5% of over 18,000 events fundraising through just giving in December.
Thank you to suppliers: Boutique Booths, The London Function Band, presenter Chris Hopkins and Bespoke Productions who provided the LED dance floor.
