D&D London’s legendary bar and restaurant Quaglino’s in Mayfair is celebrating its 21st birthday with the launch of a Bellini Bar.
It will host the pop-up bar from now until July 5 in partnership with the Meringue Girls, specialists in hand-crafted meringues, headed by Alex Hoffler and Stacey O’Gorman.
It is serving 21 varieties of bellinis such as Orange Marmalade, Beetroot, Black Cherry and Basil & Mandarin, each paired with different meringue “kisses” from the Meringue Girls.
The Meringue Girls have also created an exclusive Peach & Champagne Bellini-flavoured meringue, to be served in the Bellini Bar alongside a multi-coloured assortment of flavours including Pistachio, Rosewater, and Lemongrass and Ginger… Delicious!
Throughout May, Quaglino will be celebrating the Chelsea Flower Show with a pop-up flower garden, which will include workshops with floral specialists Pinstripes & Peonies. Floral-infused meringue kisses from the Meringue Girls will be paired with garden-inspired Bellinis such as Orange Blossom, English Rose, French Violet and Lavender Honey.
